Meet the Nourish to Heal: 12-Week Program

This 12-week 1-on-1 program is designed to offer layered, personalized support that meets you where you are — with compassion, science, and realistic tools. We take it one step at a time, focusing on consistency, education, and sustainable change.

Rather than chasing symptoms or relying on quick fixes, I take a whole-body, systems-first approach. That means we look at how everything in your body is connected — digestion, hormones, energy, mood — and how your environment, habits, and stress play a role. No one-size-fits-all plans, no wellness pressure — just grounded, intuitive support tailored to you.

With weekly guidance, gentle structure, and real-life tools, we’ll work together to nourish your body, rebuild trust, and help you feel more like yourself.

Initial Interview Call (90 mins)

A deep dive into your health history, current lifestyle, symptoms, and goals to build a clear, personalized starting point.

4 Recommendation Calls (30 mins)

Ongoing support to guide your next steps, make adjustments, and keep you moving forward with confidence.

Voxer Access (Monday–Friday, 9–5)

Message support between calls to ask questions, share wins, and get encouragement when you need it most.

Weekly Educational Emails

Bite-sized resources, tools, and guidance to help you learn, grow, and take aligned action without the overwhelm.

5-Day Food Journal Nutrition Audit

Personalized feedback on your current eating habits to help identify patterns, gaps, and areas for support.

Personalized Lifestyle & Supplement Protocol

You’ll receive a protocol tailored to your body’s needs — including targeted lifestyle habits, nourishment strategies, and optional supplement recommendations. Everything is built around your symptoms, goals, and capacity — no rigid food rules or one-size-fits-all plans.

If you have questions, or if I feel we should talk more before getting started, we’ll hop on a 15-minute Connection Call to make sure we’re a good fit. This is a no-pressure space to get clarity, ask questions, and decide if this feels aligned.

Let’s Begin

If we decide to move forward, you’ll complete the onboarding process, which includes:

  • Filling out a few intake forms

  • 5 days of a Food & Mood Journal

  • Signing a client agreement + consent forms

From there, we’ll begin your Nourish to Heal journey — one step at a time.
